Driven by a desire to make a positive impact and transform lives, Esther made a bold career shift to pursue her true calling.
Before making this transition, Esther accumulated over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, holding various leadership roles. Her expertise in quality and management systems has allowed her to develop new strategies, solve complex problems, and drive organisational changes, all while continuously improve systems, processes and foster positive cultural transformations. This professional background informs her coaching approach, allowing her to deliver practical, results-driven guidance.
Esther is a Certified Performance Leadership Coach, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an accredited Being Profile practitioner with Engenesis. She is advancing towards earning her Certified Self-Mastery Coach and Professional Certified Coach credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) .
